Khee Shin joined Thrive Alternatives from the outset when it was just an idea and vision of the founders. Today, Thrive is a global team and Khee Shin assists the team to provide private market clients with strategic advice on their marketing strategies, product positioning, and execution of their fundraises across primary and secondary mandates.

Prior to joining Thrive, Khee Shin was an Investment Associate at Blue Ocean Partners Family Office. Before that, Khee Shin co-founded Oxidat, a company focusing on eco-friendly disinfectant solutions targeting SMEs in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, Khee Shin was an Equity Research Analyst at UBS.

Khee Shin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting and Finance degree from University of Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

During her leisure time, she enjoys practicing yoga and playing golf.
