Charles is an Associate and is based in London. At Thrive Alternatives, Charles is responsible for evaluating and executing primary and secondary private markets mandates in addition to managing client and investor relationships through fundraising projects.

Prior to joining Thrive Alternatives, Charles was a member of the manager research team at Aon Investments. Charles was responsible for screening, evaluating, and executing primary, secondary, fund of funds and co-investment strategies on behalf of Aon’s global client base. Charles’ primary focus was European based private equity managers whilst also supporting the Global private equity team with underwriting processes of US and Asia based funds. In addition, Charles was responsible for managing relationships with UK and European based clients.

In his spare time, Charles likes to stay active as a keen participant in sports such as football, golf and – where possible – snowboarding.
